Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and estimated to arrive within 3-10 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together. Orders with priority shipping will still be shipped after the 3 day processing time. Shipping time does not include processing time. Custom orders will take up to 10 business days to process.
The cost for shipping and handling is based upon weight and package size. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review & Payment screen.
We apologize but we are currently are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Everything is handmade so if you see an item that is no longer available or want something similar you can contact us. We can change the color and size of the item if you have something special in mind. We can create the perfect item for you. Custom orders can take up to 10 business days to process.
We cannot guarantee delivery times with the carrier. It is rare for a package to be delayed or lost but it can happen. Weather is one of the primary reasons for a package to be delayed. We will do everything we can on our end to make sure your items are delivered to you, however, we cannot control a delay with the carrier.
We do not accept returns on seasonal sale items, worn, used, custom or personalized orders. Items that are eligible for return must be sent back within 14 days of delivery unused in its original packaging. Customer satisfaction is our priority and if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us. Refunds are processed once the item is received back at our shop. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact us immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage within 2 days of delivery.
If your item is a gift and you are shipping it to the recipient, please leave a note in the "Special instructions for seller" section on the cart page. This way no prices are disclosed. You can also leave a message here for the recipient.
